Eligibility to use services
Services are intended for businesses, legal entities, and professionals seeking legal support for IT-related matters. By using our services, you confirm you have authority to bind the entity you represent and that you meet legal eligibility requirements.
Clients must be of legal age and capacity to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction. If you act on behalf of a minor or another person, you confirm you are legally authorized to do so.
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to engage myluxiora in activities intended to facilitate unlawful conduct. We may refuse service where use appears unlawful or harmful.
Certain services or legal advice may be limited by jurisdictional rules. myluxiora primarily serves clients operating in or from Thailand; international clients should verify applicability of our advice in their jurisdictions.
User accounts
Access to some features may require registration. Accurate account information helps us deliver efficient legal support and comply with regulatory obligations.
You must provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information. Failure to do so may limit our ability to provide services effectively and could lead to suspension of access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accounts are personal to the registered user or entity and may not be transferred or assigned without our prior written consent.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately so we can take steps to secure your information and advise on next steps.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for account misuse, non-payment, or suspected illegal activity. We will notify you when feasible and provide instructions for resolution.
Scope of services
myluxiora provides legal services tailored to the IT sector, including contract drafting and review, compliance advice, IP protection, data privacy guidance, dispute resolution support, and corporate governance counseling. Specific deliverables and timelines will be set out in engagement letters.
We may modify, add, or remove services from time to time. Any change affecting an active engagement will be communicated and documented in an updated engagement agreement.
Service availability depends on resource allocation and may be affected by court schedules, regulatory processes, or third-party timelines. We strive to meet agreed timelines and communicate delays promptly.
Rules of use
Users must follow these rules to maintain a cooperative and lawful service environment. Breaches may result in restricted access or termination of services.

- Do not submit malicious, fraudulent, or harmful content through the platform.
- Respect intellectual property and third-party rights when sharing materials with us.
- Refrain from attempts to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.

- Use communications channels responsibly and do not engage in abusive behavior toward staff.
- Notify us promptly of any changes that affect your engagement or instructions.
Client materials and user content
When you provide documents, data, or other materials (User Content) for legal services, you retain ownership subject to the license granted to us for the purposes of delivering services.
You represent and warrant that you have rights to share User Content and that sharing does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws. Ownership of your original materials remains with you unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You grant myluxiora a non-exclusive, revocable license to use, reproduce, and modify User Content as necessary to provide legal services. The license is limited to the scope of the engagement and terminates upon completion, except as required for recordkeeping and legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that User Content is accurate and complete. We rely on your information to provide informed legal advice; omissions may affect outcomes.
Requests to remove or delete User Content will be assessed in light of legal, ethical, or regulatory obligations. Some records may be retained to meet mandatory retention periods.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in materials created by myluxiora in the course of providing services remain with myluxiora unless otherwise agreed. You will receive rights to use deliverables as set out in the engagement letter.
- Do not reproduce or distribute myluxiora proprietary materials beyond the licensed scope.
- Do not remove or alter proprietary notices from materials provided by myluxiora.
- Use of myluxiora templates for third-party resale or distribution is prohibited without permission.
Paid services and billing
Fees for services are set out in engagement letters, proposals, or service pages. We offer flexible billing arrangements suitable for IT businesses, including hourly rates, fixed-fee projects, and retainers.
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, and required expertise. We provide clear estimates and will notify you of material changes to scope or cost before proceeding.
Payments are due as outlined in your engagement agreement. We accept bank transfers and other agreed payment methods. Late payments may incur interest or collection actions consistent with applicable law.
Subscription or retainer plans are billed according to the agreed schedule. Unused retainer hours may be handled as specified in your contract; please consult your engagement letter for details.
Refunds are handled case-by-case in accordance with the terms of the engagement and applicable law. Where services have been performed, refunds may be adjusted proportionally to reflect work completed.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the termination provisions set out in the engagement letter. Fees for work performed up to termination are payable.
Clients are responsible for any taxes arising from fees. Where required, taxes will be itemized on invoices and collected in accordance with applicable tax laws.
We may adjust pricing for future work with advance notice. Changes will not affect fees already agreed for ongoing matters unless mutually agreed.
Non-payment may result in suspension of services, withholding of documents, or termination of the engagement. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve payment issues where practicable.

We may work with trusted third-party providers (e.g., translators, forensic analysts, specialised counsel) to fulfil service needs. Third parties will be selected with care and bound by confidentiality obligations when handling client information.
Termination of engagement
Either party may terminate an engagement in line with the engagement letter. Termination may be for convenience or for cause; we will take reasonable steps to minimize disruption and hand over necessary materials upon settlement of outstanding fees.
Upon termination, outstanding fees and expenses become due. We may retain copies of files as required by professional obligations and applicable retention policies. Clients should ensure secure retrieval of original materials before termination.
Privacy and data protection
Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary to provide legal services and comply with legal obligations.
Communications and notices
Official communications will be sent to the contact details on file or via secure channels agreed with you. Service of documents for legal proceedings will follow procedures set out in the engagement letter and applicable rules.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, business operations, or services. Material changes will be communicated on myluxiora.pro and will apply to new engagements or as otherwise stated.
Governing law
These Terms and any engagement agreements are governed by the laws of Thailand. Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts unless otherwise agreed in writing for specific matters.
Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve disputes amicably through discussion and mediation where appropriate. For unresolved disputes, the parties may pursue arbitration or court proceedings in accordance with the agreed dispute resolution clause in the engagement letter.
